Terms and Conditions

Last updated 20 August 2026

1. These terms

AI Skills Academy is provided by Feeed Professional Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16307177, registered address Cob Tree Cottage, Pyworthy, Holsworthy, Devon EX22 6LN). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. Where your employer has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence for their users.

2. The service

The platform provides practice-based training in the use of AI assistants: learning modules, interactive exercises, simulations, AI coaching and feedback, skill scoring, team analytics and certificates. We may add, change or retire content and features as the underlying tools evolve.

3. Accounts and organisations

  • You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
  • Accounts are personal; do not share them.
  • Organisation administrators control membership, roles, join links, assignments and access, and are responsible for the users they invite and the data they upload.
  • We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit unlawful, harmful, discriminatory or confidential third-party content.
  • Paste personal data about others, client-confidential material or credentials into exercises.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, scrape content, or reverse engineer the platform.
  • Use the AI features to generate content that breaches your own organisation's AI policy or the law.

5. AI-generated content

Coaching feedback, scores, tutor answers, simulation responses and business case documents are produced with AI models and can be incomplete or wrong. They are training guidance only and are not legal, financial, security or other professional advice. Always apply your own judgement and your employer's policies before acting on any output.

6. Certificates and the AI Capability Credential

Certificates record performance on this platform at a point in time. They are not a regulated qualification or accreditation. We may revoke a certificate where it was obtained through misuse, and verification links show only the holder name, issuing organisation, score summary and issue date.

7. Intellectual property

We own the platform, curriculum, exercises and branding. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for internal training for as long as your account is active. You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant us a licence to process it to provide the service.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and AI provider limits can affect availability, and AI features may be paused if credit limits are reached.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or data, or for decisions taken in reliance on AI output. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid for the service in that period.

10. Termination

You or your organisation may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach. On termination, access ends and data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: legal@feeedprofessional.com.
